I went back to Andrew's interview hoping to grab something else, a word, a phrase that would guide me on making this narrative more unique to him.
I did find this: "...and we will embrace it as we always do anything that helps us to achieve the directors vision"
I believe this shows a unique perspective that Andrew has about being a compositor and how technology is like tools that help him to "achieve the directors vision", bringing new opportunities to tell stories in a more complex, detailled way.
Taking that in consideration, I've come up with the "script" below:
1) lots of pieces all over the place
2) pieces form a square shape (meaning: Andrew's interpreting the directors vision and bringing things together)
3) shape dissolves and pieces are all over again (showing disruption)
4) new pieces are added to the scene, different ones (representing new technologies)
5) a circular shape is formed using both the old and new pieces (new way to tell the story, possible by the new pieces)
6) shape dissolves and pieces are all over again
7) new pieces in the scene
8) a spiral shapes forms (same idea, representation becoming more complex because of new tools/technologies)
9) pieces leave the scene... with exception of 3 that remain in place (forming "3 dots" - that represent "to be continued" - as this is an endless process...)
10) that's it!

ps. the idea of "bringing things together is also related to his career as compositor itself, as "Compositors create the final image of a frame, shot or sequence. They take different digital elements; like the animations, background plates, graphics and special effects (SFX) and put them together to make a believable picture" (https://www.screenskills.com/starting-your-career/job-profiles/animation/production/compositor/#:~:text=Compositors%20create%20the%20final%20image,composition%20of%20images%20and%20shots.)
